Admission

Our application forms are released in March of every academic year. Students can fill in the application form to apply for their preferred courses after their 10th and/or 12th Exam results are out.

Admission process

  • Online application form

    Click on "Apply Now" and complete your application online.

  • Online interview OR entrance test

    You will be notified via email of your interview and/or entrance exam test dates and other details.

  • Face to face interview

    After your interview/exam, you would be invited to NHF to complete the next round of interviews.

  • Selection

    Upon clearing the 2nd round of interviews, a decision taken by the management and the admissions team will be communicated to you.

  • Offer letter

    Offer Letter by the college is issued to you, stating the details of fee payments and the necessary documents for submission.

  • Pay the fees and submit necessary documents

    If your selection is confirmed, you are required to pay the fees and submit relevant documents.

  • Completion of admission

    After your fees are paid and documents submitted to college, the details of the new semester would be communicated via email

Documents required

Original documents listed below should be submitted along with two sets of photocopies of the same. Keep multiple sets of attested copies as well as clear soft copies in your custody for your future use.

  • 10th Marks card

  • 12th Marks card

  • Transfer certificate (Obtained from the school/college last attended)

  • Migration certificate (Applicable to Non-Karnataka candidates)

  • Medical Fitness certificate (From a registered hospital)

  • Eligibility certificate obtained from RGUHS (Assistance will be provided from college after the submission of all original certificates)

  • Twenty photos (10 pass port and 10 stamp size photographs)

  • Copy of the Aadhar Card. (Self, parents/Guardians)

Terms & conditions for admissions

Students should be prepared with the softcopies of necessary documents, especially marksheets to upload them at the time of application. While filling out the application form, please note that 10th Marksheet is mandatory for all courses.

For Diploma Courses (AHS), if a candidate is taking admission on the basis of their 10th marks, then their 10th Marksheet is mandatory to submit. If a candidate is taking admission on the basis of their 12th marks, then corresponding 12th Marksheet is mandatory to submit.

For applying to UG courses, students need to submit your 12th Marksheet.

For applying to PG courses, students need to submit your UG Marksheet.

For Lateral Entry Admission, it is mandatory for students to submit their Diploma Marksheet.

For GNM Course, students are required to submit their 12th Marksheet.

For P.B.B.SC. Course, students are required to submit their GNM Marksheet.
